Online Conversation Platform
Online conversation sessions will take place on Zoom. If you have any questions or concerns about using Zoom please visit the Zoom Support page. Because some people prefer more anonymity during one-on-one online life help sessions, and to minimize any potential technical issues caused by video streaming, Thomas Williams will conduct all online life help conversation sessions with video turned off. While we appreciate that some people would prefer a video on interaction, we believe the video off option is the best choice for reliability and privacy concerns.
Though technology can be beneficial, it can also be unstable. Zoom is, all things considered, a quite reliable platform but it can have glitches now and again. As we have no control over Zoom technology and the infrastructure it requires, we cannot accept responsibility for technical interruptions that may occur during an online life help session. If technical issues do occur we recommend being patient and reconnecting to the Zoom meeting if needed. We do not offer refunds for any technical issues that may occur but we may, at our discretion, extend a session if technical issues significantly impact that session.
